The executive house is ideally suited for three couples
or a large family with each bedroom provided with its
own ensuite, balcony with table and chairs, LCD
Television, audio system, phone and high quality linen.

The Master bedroom is fully disabled friendly with two
king sized single electrically operated beds and high tech mattresses which can be used either as two singles or
one large bed. The room is fully air conditioned and on
the same level as the main living area. The Master
Bedroom Ensuite provides full wheelchair access to
the shower and other facilities.

The other two bedrooms are located downstairs, one
with a King size double bed, the other with two King
Single beds.

The main living area is open plan with the gourmet
kitchen, dining and lounge areas combined. A full sound
system, Sky TV, Plasma Screen, Air Conditioning,
computer with broadband is provided in this area. The
kitchen is designed for disabled use with ease of
wheelchair use to get in and around. The laundry is
provided with front loading washing machine and dryer.

The house is designed for outdoor use with a very
large entertaining area complete with BBQ, Gas Heater,
sound system and sunshade canopy. This flows
directly out of the indoor area to provide simple
wheelchair access.
